Our Commitment to Quality At NYC Diamond House, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
14-Day Return Period We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging and the diamond grading report (GIA/IGI) included.
The Security Tag (Crucial) For the protection of our customers and the integrity of our gemstones, every item is shipped with a unique, numbered Security Tag attached to the jewelry.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the security tag remains intact, uncut, and untampered with.

Removing or tampering with the tag constitutes acceptance of the item. Once the tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Restocking Fee Because each piece is made-to-order, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of customized labor, insured shipping, and the professional gemological inspection required upon return. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Insured Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped via a fully insured, trackable service (UPS/FedEx) with an adult signature required.

Verification: Upon receipt, the item will undergo a mandatory gemological inspection to verify the diamond's laser inscription and ensure the setting/metal has not been altered.

Refund: Once approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
