Handcrafted & Made to Order At NYC Diamond House, all jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you upon order.

• Production Time: Please allow 10-14 business days for your item to be meticulously crafted, set, and quality-checked before it is shipped.

• Domestic US Shipping Only: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Orders under $500: $25.00 Standard Insured Shipping.

• Orders $500 and above: Free Insured Shipping.

Security & Delivery

• Fully Insured: Your package is fully insured from the moment it leaves our hands until it reaches yours.

• Adult Signature Required: Due to the high value of our items, all deliveries require an adult signature.

• Discreet Packaging: Our outer shipping boxes are discreet and do not mention "Jewelry" or "Diamonds" on the label for security purposes.
