SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

  • Handcrafted Nature: All our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order. By purchasing, you acknowledge that slight variations in craftsmanship are a hallmark of bespoke jewelry and are not considered defects.

  • Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all diamonds and gemstones are 100% authentic and as described.

  • Grading Reports: Where specified, diamonds are accompanied by official grading reports (e.g., GIA, IGI). For security, all certified diamonds are cross-referenced with their unique laser inscriptions prior to shipping.

  • Product Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

  • Cancellation & Restocking Fee: Since our items are made-to-order, any order that enters the production phase (typically 24 hours after purchase) is subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee in the event of a cancellation or return. This fee covers customized labor, materials, and insurance costs already incurred.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Production Lead Time: As items are made-to-order, please refer to our Shipping Policy for current production timelines (typically 10-14 business days).

  • Signature Required: For security, all deliveries require an adult signature.

  • Risk of Loss: All items are shipped fully insured. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NYC Diamond House or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 6 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In no case shall NYC Diamond House, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
