Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At NYC Diamond House, some of our items may be available as Pre-orders or customized purchase options.
Cancellation Terms:

Standard Orders: Once an order is placed and enters our production phase (within 24 hours), any cancellation will be subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee to cover customized labor and material costs already incurred.

Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the standard 10% restocking fee will apply.

Custom Commissions: For fully bespoke designs that are not part of our standard collection, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.
